Very poor management even salary and ot amount incentive which they have promised it was not provided with the salary as they promised

Incentives which they have promised it has not be given. And the worst quality team I have ever seen. One customer has used abusive language and as per sop I can close thread by giving warning and I have done that and later they have given ZTP to me

Terrible working time. Sometimes we have to do 10hrs with 7 days, no week off. Terrible work culture.

I think the company is good but some seniour oprations managers are not good. Everytime they behave rudly to the employees which is not supposed to do. My suggestion to them is please cooperate with the employee nothing else. Job seekers request you not to join this company try elswhere it will be better for you.
