Dislikes

The compensation and benefits are poor, The management will play a drama about loyality when you resigned. The manager won't give a chance to talk about hikes and pay.

Cheap hiring agency. Unprofessional management. Money minded. Demanded money to provide experience letters. They did not pay me, my last month salary. Don't waste your time and career here

Nothing to say, everything is disgusting🤢

Dislikes

# Micro management, unprofessional management. # No job security # Low pay. They eat maximum percentage of clients payment and give a less amount to employees. # They did not provide me the experience letter after leaving the company demanded 3 months salary to buy out.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
