Good hike but worst job guarantee. It's a service provider for company on contact basis . When contract ends u have 1 month bench and sacked . But notice period is 3 month when we leave

Klausit is the worst company I have never seen, there is job security here, they will remove people within 1 or 2 months also, there is no liking things in klausit,

Dislikes

No specific culture observed in one year time. No transparency, less salary compared to industry standards, no travels, if any small travels: no special incentives. No home from home option. Work location is client location.

I had a positive experience working for the company. The senior management (Sonia Lazar,Rajashree Sampath,Savitha A D,Raghu G, was supportive and helpful in my work. My direct supervisor (Suresh Kollipara) was also very kind and respectful.
