Nothing apart from WFH as they do not have dedicated ofc.

Dislikes

One of the worst company and bad discisson I took to join this company. People are in low level less experience.Speaks like a boss off the company with so much arrogant and attitude. I strongly do not join thia company even if you get higher package as they can fire you at any moment of time which they have done with lot of people.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
