I worked in India Technology Centre Gurgaon. The work culture is pretty good. Flexible working is possible. Job security is also good. Managers won't over pressurize you to get the job done. The learning curve is slow in KBR. You need to spend more time to get exposure to different things. There are over time payments if your project requires you to work on a weekend. Dislikes

Getting onsite experience for commissioning is almost impossible working in India. The division of groups to perform deliverables is so diverse that an individual will get opportunity to work in only one among the groups but not all. For eg, there are specific teams for exchangers, vessels, simulation, hydraulics etc. One will get exposure to only one to which they are recruited for.

Work Details

There are no specific skill development trainings. All are on the job learnings in KBR. Work-life is pretty good. You get a great work life balance.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
