My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. Wasted my previous 6 years. Managers does lots of favouritism to certain individuals. Too much power to the line managers. During COVID, favourite people got wfh first with internet perks first. Favourite ppl getting promotions during maternity leaves, extending leaves with pay is against the company. These are few examples of bad management.
