There are just 4-5 people running the company in pure monopoly. HRs do not have any say in decisions made. Horrible place for North Indians.

Now it's too dull.. job security is worse now.. they can kick you out anytime and will blame you for almost anything (even when you have done nothing wrong) . Micromanagement here is on a different level.

Good people to work with. Since the management changed, It was difficult to adjust to new practices. Loved the company culture and learned a lot of things to improve myself. I would suggest to join this company after 2-3 months.

No dislikes tbh. Very professional. Not the idle time to join right now but things will only get better after 2-3 months.
