If you are seeking good culture and if you are a sales professional having good number of experience, Not recording to join Keka. All the upper management comes from GreytHR, and now they are ruling the deepartment . Sab apne aap ko sales ka baap smjhte hai yha.

Still the sales process is not structured, purely hard core sales, no work-life balance, the upper management is sooooo brilliant that they ask the male employee, "IF YOUR CLIENT IS NOT PICKING UP THE CALL, TRY TO CALL FROM YOUR MOM, DAD, AND EVEN FROM WIFE's number too. No upskilling program initiated by the manager to trained thesales employee. Saare k saare freshers clg pass out ko bhar k rakhe hai.. No proper mentorship, guidance from the management.. only focus in revenue generation. Put in PIP anyone in anytime in sake of performance den tata bye bye khatam....Read More
