Working at Keka as a fresher is really a wonderful experience. You would get to know a lot of practices, knowledge and if you are an exceptional guy who thinks out of box you can get a chance to demonstrate it too. The culture is really good, you get flexible timings. It feels working in a family rather than for a corporate.

Dislikes

Sometimes the work may go beyond the shift duration, Knowledge transfer sessions have to implemented. Total Leaves availability have to be extended, current is fine but it has to be increased.

I worked as a Full stack developer in Web and as a mobile application developer in Keka for almost 3 years. Since its a HRMS application I was given opportunity to work in different modules of it.

Best working environment and best place to learn and grow. Everyone is easy to get along and you will feel as comfortable as you can in a work place. Everyone will treat you as a friend, even the C.E.O. Only thing they will expect from you is good quality of work. Slacking in work won't be tolerated at all. If you keep up good work, then you will have best of your times in a work place.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
