Working at Keka as a fresher is really a wonderful experience. You would get to know a lot of practices, knowledge and if you are an exceptional guy who thinks out of box you can get a chance to demonstrate it too. The culture is really good, you get flexible timings. It feels working in a family rather than for a corporate.

Dislikes

Sometimes the work may go beyond the shift duration, Knowledge transfer sessions have to implemented. Total Leaves availability have to be extended, current is fine but it has to be increased.

I worked as a Full stack developer in Web and as a mobile application developer in Keka for almost 3 years. Since its a HRMS application I was given opportunity to work in different modules of it.
