The toxic work environment is fueled by rampant internal politiocs that would make even the most cutthroat politicians blush. The female bosses especially Kanika, Stuti, and Divya, are notorious for their backstabbing and petty behavior, constantly sabotaging each other and dragging down anyone who gets in their way. They lack basic professionalism, don't have a clue about their responsibilities, yet someone holds positions like DGM despite being woefully inexperienced. Company atmosphere is not good. HR Head doing politics and poke each employees. The COE seems to face appearances value over hard work which is frustrating to those employees who are dedicated to doing a great job. Moreover they always commit fake commitments. In this small organization, its very shameful. Many vendors harass for clearing the dues.
