Small company, so you would get a lot of ownership.

Dislikes

Offer made during campus placement was not honored, while joining they gave a reduced CTC. Even the reduced new pay was not always paid in full. They might send you to other companies on contract without any benefits. Old fashioned non trusting owner.

Work life balance. Food will be provided. Located at OMR, industrial area. Not much career growth but stress free environment. Good clients and no pressure on deadlines. Learning is immense for developer. Not much for BA, can learn about Management thou.

Zero career growth. Lesser clients, lesser tools to work on. No new technologies.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
