Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Company culture is worst and Two types of employment and showing partiality with people is very worst thing, All employee should be treat equally and there should be no variation between the employees , KVB culture is not match with everyone who works with New Gen banks

The people and the work culture. It’s very smooth.

Dislikes

As I was a CTC employee my package was 4.5LPA, which is not at all feasible for a legal professional. Though I have got my division to 1st rank all over India in customer complaint Redressal, no acknowledgement was given for that. Also there was an appraisal of only 3%. Which is hugely disappointing.

Dislike is the the company have no network and only few branches and people don't know about the bank and employees are most of transfer form other city so they give the huge allowance to the employee even this allowance use for the other new employee and management is not proper I am requesting to mangement team to not transfer anyemployee to other city bcz of is too costly for the bank if the employee is work with in there city the many chances to the growth of bank and some cost will be remain so they use for the other new hired employees...Read More

I have 6 years of working experience in KVB, Opened over 4000+ Accounts, and have 20Cr+ FDs in my entire career in KVB. They had given a false commitment to career growth. They were simply using us. Some IBA staff works towards the targets given for branch and the Team Succeed. Some IBA staff won't help to their manager and management and they just come and go by delaying work .

Staff shortage and senior IBA staff With out giving proper staff and proper systems , Management asks for achieving targets . Targets is meant for achieving but here in KVB targets given to branch and only less staff participate in targets achieving.
