Good for Individual Work not much interference from Senior managers

Dislikes

Sudden Structure changes, No incentives, No Appraisal guarantee, If you are good at work all the work load will be shifted on you from the senior managers and also remember there are no proper appraisals even if you deliver good results

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
