Good space to learn new things for freshers in SAP

Dislikes

No proper information conveying on time Lack of transparency between interns and the company Even though the recession affects the company's growth, the organisation was just building false hope on interns for more than 7 to 8 months which is kind of betraying us and prolonging the issue by saying "we will onboard you guys by August, September, October, November, December, January" for every month they are saying this statement and still no actions were taken on this case...Read More

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
