Work life balance. Very repetitive work . One can manage and make a balance in personal and work stuff. Salary is good if you negotiate good at the time of joining. Later it becomes stagnant ( bonus is good )

Work , skill development , self growth is quite difficult as mostly old technologies are running since years . Senior monopoly. Very less scope for new comer to learn , implement new things , gives ideas and growth . Few people sitting since inception at senior level , they do not move resulting impacting your growth .

I like the work culture here. The people you work with. My senior leaders were friendly and down to earth. (My VP and AVP) they made me feel like second home.

Dislikes

Senior leaders have to interfere and get to know how and what challenges are faced by new employees in their team because Managers have communication gap, misunderstanding and unfriendly. Sometime they will be rude while giving feedbacks and demotivated.

No work life balance Under staff in majority of the teams which leads the existing staff to work for more than 13-14 hours. Long working hours Companys work culture is excellent However upper and middle management bring their own toxic culture from outside and turn good workplace into bad.
