Nomura F2F interview

Hello all, This is Round 4 of the interview that is going to be done in a Face to face setting and the company has sent me tickets to attend the interview with the MD for the same. This is going to be my first F2F in almost 6 years. Anyone who has recently interviewed with Nomura, let me know if you can provide some tips.

Have you prepared for any MD level strategic or behavioral questions? They might focus on leadership, vision, and business impact

Nomura's interviews can be quite detailed, especially at this stage. Expect deep dives into past projects and decision-making. Are you interviewing for a tech or finance role?

A friend recently interviewed with Nomura, and they focused heavily on problem-solving skills and how past experiences apply to their business. Have you looked into their recent industry moves?

usually MD interviews can sometimes be less technical and more about leadership and vision.

Since it’s your first F2F in 6 years, maybe do a few mock interviews to get comfortable with in-person communication again
