No company culture, everything is running on autopilot. Your effort will not be recognised and you won't be promoted until you resign. Management only cares about work nothing else matters.

Reliance has stopped all hr benefits in our govt project. Though company offers benefits to other project engineers. But Reliance will apply more work though you have assigned for single project as before.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very bad and hr all benefits not applied.

Working with jio platforms is good experience as a fresher. Learned many things from teammate’s & softwares as we are using on our project.

There is no growth e work life same project & same tools . There is no free time to learn something new and no one will not allow grow up in work carrier to learn something. How much we are working that much appraisal we not get from them

You get the exposure to whole new age technology and been challenged to make the very reliable, scalable ,responsive customer facing projects . The freedom to choose technology is great and you get to learn about the new technology . Exposure is great

Dislikes

The company's appraisal and not so formal culture is bad . You are not been praised a lot. The company's 9 hours of punch in -punch out system is very outdated and unnecessary thing . The higher management is traditional Non IT people which follows SIR culture .

1. Arrogant managers 2. No clear expectations from your managers, but expect to work like a pro 3. Appraisal rate is between 3-5% only without any communication 4. No work life balance, have to be available on weekends as well 5. Zero appreciation for your work

There isn’t anything worth mentioning that i like about jio. Take anything from work life balance to appraisal, everything is biased towards company and employees are just a mere part of organisation with no power over anything. P.s “ALWAYS” read their offer letter before accepting it.

Everything. Especially NHQ-Pune is the worst. No proper office and no proper facility. Office politics at its top at NHQ-Pune. Do anything but never ever join nhq-pune if you are joining jio.

Only thing to like working at jio is enormous main campus and facilities.

Everything from work culture to employer mindset (even election day leave is compensated by making Saturday working for that week). 0 work satisfaction all manger level post is filled by arrogant old mindset people.

1. Worst Culture I have ever seen, Its a business with Sir and Ji culture. If you don’t follow u will be left behind 2. Bad CTC structure, Insurance and gratuity all included in CTC 3. Its 9 hours 5 days Mandatory, in case any emergency you need to prove it for leave or WFH 4. No foods no cabs no extra benefits 5. There will be no fixed date of hike and promotions. Barely 5 to 7 percent when you do good and lik your boss AAA. 6. No promotion, no recognition, no team lunch no outing no nothing 7. You can be PIP or fired if you disagree with Manager . HR has no power 8. Bad leave policies, they are having least leave across jio 9. Just work and get CTC. Your CTC is will be same after 4yrs as you wont be earning anything I.e hike or promotions 10. Countless dislikes: 1. Terrible work culture. 2. Leaders having no clear vision. 3. No hike for certain teams. 4. Constant micromanagement. Will call u even if u a re away for 5 mins. 5. Permanent work from office. Need to mandatorily complete 9 hrs, gets easily extended to 12 hrs. 6. Snake colleague's and rude manager.

My work which is assigned to me. Beautiful Campus and canteen food is pretty good.

Dislikes

They don't give WFH, no work life balance. As for me, it feels like there is no planning done with regards to my job responsibilities before assigning it to me. Delayed appraisal system and increment is very very less.

Salary is as per market standard. Office campus is too good.

Appraisal cycle is very bad. There is no fixed month or date on which the appraisal comes. Too much micro management is there. No work life balance. They just want to get the work finished no matter what the quality is.
