The mentors are really helpful and they make the atmosphere acceptable for the trainees. I was a fresher, I was very nervous the first day but I really liked my trainer as she made us all comfortable throughout the sessions. Overall environment is awesome at Jindal X

Don't waste your time in this company... They will take 3,4 round of interview and if you are selected they will say firstly you have to resign from your company then only I will give you offer letter.. which they will never give you .... Hr team don't know any rules and regulation ... They will waste your time... Salary is decidedanything else but after you accept the offer they will they will complete change the salary which are decided... Hr Supriya ma'am ... You should learn rule and regulation... Work life balance is very poor. Salary expectation are also very low. I will recommend only freshers who haven't worked anywhere only to come and work here and experience hell.
