As an over all experience it was fine but not good enough as they promised for rotational shifts but in the tenure of 6 months I have worked 5 months in night shifts and even after requesting on the basis of my health concerns the shifts were not changed due to which I was left with no option rather than giving immediate resignation. But if I talk about the environment and teammates it was way to comfortable that it hardly feels like that I am in office. Yes, I have learned quite a few things working with them and I am really grateful for this. I was a Customer Delight Associate and was working on chat process for Zomato. I worked there for 6 months and I left from the organization due to continuous night shifts causing serious health issues.

Operational people are biased, no growth opportunities, pathetic management, increment span is horrible. All the basic things which one will look is not at all there in Jindals.
