worst company even seen in market. The management do not follow their own policies and harrass you when you will resign from the organisation. No leave adjustment policy will be followed even after written in their policy. They will give you lame excuses when you will ask for the same. Apart from this, management will force you to extend shifts from 10.30 to 11 hours. Kindly do not join this organisation otherwise your future will be ruined. As an over all experience it was fine but not good enough as they promised for rotational shifts but in the tenure of 6 months I have worked 5 months in night shifts and even after requesting on the basis of my health concerns the shifts were not changed due to which I was left with no option rather than giving immediate resignation. But if I talk about the environment and teammates it was way to comfortable that it hardly feels like that I am in office. Yes, I have learned quite a few things working with them and I am really grateful for this. If I talk about COVID-19, in the beginning they took immediate measures like cleaning and sanitization and then afterwards they provided work from home....Read More
