There is only some dynamic leaders are there who makes works easier like Hitesh Parashar & Deepak thakur (both are ex Mahindra) that's why i like the JBM auto. Learning opportunity is there in conventional and electric vehicle.

1. All 7 day working. Even 15 aug and 26 jan is also working with shutter down. 2. 12 hours shift. 3. Lala lover hr people sitting on top they tell purely lie in ctc and joining time. 4. No canteen 5. No convyence 6.3 month notive period is must. They wait you to catch in honey trap. Once you join they dont rellieve before 3 month 6.very less EL(10 to 20 day that also varies) 7.all sunday working 8.vice president itself dont have the power of 10 rs. Approval authorties.every thing approved by lala.it will take 3 month to comes your cash back. 11.if company send you any where first you spend then finance will check every single penny of your expenditure. Then lala give your monney after lot of deduction 12.no sutting arrangement 13. No bathroom,no computers 14. No drinking water 15.zero welfare 16. Zero appreciation. Lala company. No sitting arrangement,no drinking water facility,no canteen facility, no convyence facility, very less EL,3 month notice must for everyone.if any body come in there fish net he can not easily go

Pure lala culture. No salary hikes,even vp post person not having right to spend 10 rs. Without lala approval.HR is making present and absent only. Everything is decided by lala.15 jan and 15 aug is also working if needed with shutter down.
