Only my team of IT is very good my manager and my team lead is very nice person they both are very supportive person.

Dislikes

Other senior level officials make pressure of other employees to given positive review about the company that’s why completely reviews rating is 4.2 other reviews given by IT is not truth Too much HR politics fire without any reason.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
