I like the office politics , favouring employees who are close to manager and go out with them , drink and party with them . Not treating everyone equally.Also talk to employees very politely with abusive language.Also you cannot take your own leaves from balance because it is only provided to their loved ones (employee friend )

There is no dislike the company itself a dislike, you will get better opportunity to work here without any work life balance. Overtime like donkeys, also not get paid for any extras hours . Also one senior HR is very sweet always talk nicely and threaten employees As it is her father's company. Also it is fixed off in Saturday Sunday they forced us to work from office .

With one year of experience, I would say we learn something new everyday by setting high ethical standards. A joyful work atmosphere is create by all employees and everyone support each other at any problem.
