Toxic work culture. Manager doesn’t know T of Technical. Just check their education and experience, they doesn’t have any experience into recruitment. Their English is below average. There’s no learning or growth in the company. It’s a shop not at all a company or corporate. Cheap and Vul gar language used in the office no matter there’re girls sitting too. Too much Favouratism. HR is of no use. He himself suggest employees to impress manager to get your work done which is so cheap. There’s a Reason why people leave them in short span of time. Work culture is really good and management is really supporting. Fun & celebrations every month is up to the mark. Trainings & upskillings are good. Happy to work in the diverse workplace.

Well there's always two side of the coin, positive & negative. It's the universal truth. If you are doing your job in full dedication , the place will be heaven for you and no one will stop you to grow and reach on the heights but if you are only there to show your seniority and boasting about what you do then, you don't belong here, it's better you join some other place where you can rule on employees. this place is only for dedicated people. happy that such people are leaving now and better and dedicated people are getting the chance to work and grow....Read More

With the time many things are changed here in positive way. I'm happy to see how I'm growing with the company growth. Recently appraisal happened & got appraisal beyond my expectations. Also added challenging responsibilities on my shoulder which is so great.
