Incentive Policy is on the top, People have requested for policy changes in incentive distribution. Due to this, people are resigning frequently. Very bad Finance team support, 3-4 people have resigned in this year due to which we have to suffer and client escalates as there is no streamlined process. These support staff threatens us when we raise an issue. HR team does not give information on time w.r.t. payroll adjustments, just give instructions and leave it on us and make deductions. Our salary get deducted even if we get late by 2-3 mins sometime. Overall, a bad startup to start with their narrow thought process, no leadership qualities in the management. Only Sir and Ma'am controls whole process, no delegation of authority to us. They force us to write a good review about themselves and that is what is written here in most of the reviews....Read More

Wonderful people around. Team members are really good and supportive. Management is easily reachable whenever needed any help. The client base of the company is really good they are acquiring more businesses. Their growth and expansion is awesome. In India they have 2 offices and one more opening. I'm working on major accounts with 6-7 team members. Salary is always on time. Pizza party and fun is always there on Last Fridays. Training programs are really good. Stable job....Read More

No dislikes, but sadly I see so many negative review, that's why plan to write my review to show the truth. Don't go with negative reviews guys, come meet in office or check Linkedin, you will know what we are. I'm working here from last 1 year and I have never seen anything bad but I see few people have written negative comments. I'm absolutely happy that few negative politics creating people left the organisation and now they are writing dirty here. Who will respect them if you don't respect team members....Read More

The experience of dealing with clients has helped me to improve my overall personality here. Management was always supportive and understood me on every step. I have seen myself growing here from IT recruiter to Account manager. Undoubtedly here career progress is fast and promotions and appraisals also if you are capable.
