Toxic work culture. Manager doesn’t know T of Technical. Just check their education and experience, they doesn’t have any experience into recruitment. Their English is below average. There’s no learning or growth in the company. It’s a shop not at all a company or corporate. Cheap and Vul gar language used in the office no matter there’re girls sitting too. Too much Favouratism. HR is of no use. He himself suggest employees to impress manager to get your work done which is so cheap. There’s a Reason why people leave them in short span of time. Most supportive manager and assistant manager and other seniors. And every Thursday training provide us more knowledge about our work. Best work life balance. Team outing and every thing will be tougt step by step and really amazing seniors. I really love to work here.
