Solution Architect - Full Stack Development (8-12 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of web and mobile applications.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and overall software development.

Full-Stack Development :

- Design and develop both frontend and backend components of web applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

- Work with modern frontend frameworks (React.js) and backend technologies (Java).

- Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Infrastructure & DevOps :

- Oversee the infrastructure setup/maintenance, including cloud services (e.g, AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI), CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems.

- Implement and manage DevOps practices to automate and streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.

- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the applications by adhering to best practices in infrastructure management and DevOps.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and operations, to ensure alignment on project goals and delivery timelines.

- Communicate technical concepts and progress effectively to nontechnical stakeholders.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement :

- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the company's technology stack.

- Drive the adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies that can improve the development process and product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience (8-12 years) in full-stack development, with a strong track record of building and deploying web applications.

- Proficiency in frontend technologies(HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js).

- Strong backend development skills with experience in Java.

- Solid understanding of database technologies(SQL and NoSQL databases).

- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide.
