We're seeking an experienced RPA Project Manager to lead and deliver robotic process automation projects, ensuring efficient and effective implementation of automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, business analysis, and automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management :

- Manage end-to-end RPA project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment.

- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and team members.

- Ensure projects meet business requirements, quality, and timeline expectations.

RAP Expertise :

- Understand RPA technologies

- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities.

- Collaborate with developers to design and implement automation solutions.

- Develop business cases and ROI analyses for RPA initiatives.

Business Analysis :

- Gather requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.

- Develop process maps, use cases, and requirements documentation.

- Conduct feasibility studies and assess automation potential.

Leadership :

- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders.

- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring.

- Ensure team members understand project goals, objectives, and timelines.

Communication and Stakeholder Management :

- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and concerns.

- Develop and maintain project documentation.

Skills and Qualifications :

Essential :

- 5+ years of project management experience.

- 3-4 years of experience with RPA technologies.

- Strong understanding of business processes and analysis.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
