RPA Developer - UiPath (10-16 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- RPA Development : Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath to automate complex business processes and workflows.

- Business Process Automation : Collaborate with business teams to identify and analyze business processes suitable for automation, driving process efficiency and effectiveness.

- Client Collaboration : Work directly with US clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and present automation solutions. Ensure the delivery of automation solutions meets client expectations and needs.

- Problem Solving : Use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot automation issues, optimize workflows, and improve overall automation effectiveness.

- Process Optimization : Continuously improve and optimize automation workflows, focusing on scalability, performance, and long-term maintenance.

- Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, process maps, and deployment instructions for RPA workflows.

- Testing and Debugging : Perform unit testing, debugging, and quality assurance on developed RPA solutions to ensure smooth functionality and performance.

- Training & Support : Provide training and support to internal teams and business stakeholders to ensure the effective use of RPA solutions.

- Multi-project Management : Manage multiple automation projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines and deliverables are met in a fast-paced environment.

- Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in UiPath and RPA technology to continuously improve development practices and bring innovative solutions to the team.
