Job Description
- Managing a portfolio of existing European accounts ( mainly System Integrators ) by working very closely with existing account managers
- Generating additional business from these accounts . 20% growth in existing accounts by mining into other Lines of Business
- Building compelling propositions for clients & Responding to RFPs
- Work very closely with designated account managers and recruitment teams
- Ability to carry a number target ( tracked monthly , quarterly )
- Building RPO and MSP capability for clients.
Mandatory Requirements
- Atleast 12 years of BD , Sales , Account management experience in International Recruitment ( UK/ Europe , US , APAC)
- Stronghold on Staffing solutions
- Excellent client handling capability
- Hands on with sales process- running call & mail campaigns, conducting & leading first/ second level meetings
- Hands on with resource planning , recruitment delivery
