I worked as a Project Architect. Fresher salary is good here. You get to learn a lot. You can get proficient in Autocad very much. Here, mostly projects comprises of retail entertainment mostly PVR cinemas, premium ones also like Director's cut. Timing is 9am to 6pm. Late entry after 9:20am....Read More

Dislikes

Located in basement under a residential building. Admin is a little bit bossy and rude. Salary increment is not good. No HR in the company. Office is very small and compact. Small dining area.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
