I worked as a Project Architect. Fresher salary is good here. You get to learn a lot. You can get proficient in Autocad very much. Here, mostly projects comprises of retail entertainment mostly PVR cinemas, premium ones also like Director's cut. Timing is 9am to 6pm. Late entry after 9:20am.

Dislikes

Located in basement under a residential building. Admin is a little bit bossy and rude. Salary increment is not good. No HR in the company. Office is very small and compact. Small dining area.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
