Deadline pressure, but don’t get overwhelmed. Management is always there to support.

Work pressure varies from project to project. Though work-from-home allows flexibility.

Very Big name ITC, but salary wise it's small. People are nice, helping and talented. Lots of opportunities in other departments but in IT not more. Campus is nice, lunch is free and good. Boss is helping. Top management have more talent.

Dislikes

Top management is talented but they don't care about junior employees, leaves taken is very hard. No flexible timings, and finally salary is low.
