There's no proper management in this organization. Even though the working hours is 9.5 hours Monday to Saturday, then also they ask you to work in your personal time also. There's no work life balance in this organization. Even the remuneration is very low as compared to the work that is assigned. Other than that, the amount deducted from the offered CTC for the PF and ESIC part is not deposited in the PF account. Worst place to work. Totally time waste and they will not even provide you training and all the seniors over there are selfish they will not at all teach u anything. First month only 2k stipend they will give and they will pressure rise you mentally. After one month they will pay u stipend depending on your performance and without any training how u can perform well so pls don’t opt for this company. Don’t waste your time.
