I am very much satisfied with my work-life balance with iSource, I am happy that the management would listen to us on any suggestions on executing work-related tasks. iSource believes and supports hard work and provides job security. The company has an excellent cultural atmosphere and provides career growth and opportunities for all hard-working employees, equally.

Dislikes

Not much of a dislike. However, it would be much helpful if iSource could work on providing better compensation and benefits for the employee.

It is a good company to work. Only thing you want to make sure is to get maximum salary while getting the offer since there was no appraisal for last 2.5 years. No work pressure. No specific targets. Everything well go well if you are doing your work correctly.

No appraisal for last 2.5 years. No cab already if going by own transport even it is requested by the management. They have free good which is pathetic
