Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Literally nothing is good, not even the insurance policy & certification learning reimbursement. Please don't trust on the reviews HR will ask you to put review on 1st week of joining where they will showcase everything full of roses. The actual understanding you will get after starting the work in project.

The company is pathetic, some RO play politics every now and then, they only support Noida head office staff, no matter how much efforts you put in your work they will always find something negative and dominate you to put in PIP. Once the project work is done they will find ways to put you in PIP and force you to resign Working hours are long starting from 11am till 9pm due to US client. Still they will have complaint for not supporting client. work culture is toxic....Read More
