Poor work life balance. Sufficient number of employees are not there. Everytime they force you to work in weekends/holidays. Even after 5,6 years people are in same position. Won't provide atleast inflation matching hike.

It's been more than 3 years I have joined in IQVIA, I would say it is the best company for freshers to learn and experience. Growth in a team with 100 people is difficult after 3 years. Hybrid flexibility

I would say it depends on the project and the reporting manager, you may have a work stress and difficulty achieving target otherwise company work environment is great
