Good work environment and culture. Very good support from the teammates and management is very good.company policies and facilities are good and flexible work environment make me to work at IQVIA for 4 year's. Good appraisals are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
