TRIPTI SHARMA, Research Director Chennai, is one of the worst person here. The most cunning lady, doesn't remain on her words. Don't ever trust on this lady. Money eater she is. She will take work from you and later denies on giving your hard worked money. Never respects you even. I will never recommend anyone to work with her or this company.

Work life balance No transportation service to employees No care taken of employees with respect to timings and travel Bus service is provided only at exact time You have to extend to complete task, and in such scenario also no cab service provided even if employees leave at 11:30pm or 12am Management is biased towards South Indian employees, they get preference over rest of the employees

Everything else, there is a lot of politics which hampers regular work. They are not ethical too since they manipulate data to get desired results. They have given business targets to junior people, and executive directors are inept to do business. There are CXOs about whom no one knows what they do or they are just there for salary.
