Very Very very poor, work life balance, sometimes I feel that they don't treat us like human beings, they treat us like animals, a tome was there when I used to login at 10 AM and log off at 5... No its not 5 PM evening, its 5 AM in the morning, now count the number of hours.

No work life balance Micro managing Rotten mid management - zero help on projects,they willl just check 10 times a day on how much work has been completed Politics is spread across the Gurgaon office and the appraisal is completely based on how much of a yes guy you were to the manager, performance has no role in appraisal. Managersmake impossible commitments and then juniors are supposed to work every other weekend to fulfill them..and this is when client had not even given a stringent timeline. No Bonus and taking more then 15 leaves in a calender year is looked down upon If you are looking to join in a junior role as a Management Trainee, Research Executive or a Senior Research Executive, I would seriouslly suggest you to go anywhere but here. Everything else, there is a lot of politics which hampers regular work. They are not ethical too since they manipulate data to get desired results. They have given business targets to junior people, and executive directors are inept to do business. There are CXOs about whom no one knows what they do or they are just there for salary.

The people care for each other. Will give you growth given that you align your values with the company's.

Dislikes

Alarmingly disturbing work culture and work hours. Regular late nights and unnecessary working on weekends.

There has never been any issue of payment. I have worked so well all these years. Amit Kumar is an executive in the open office. Sir, I have to meet again in CLT or car clinic. You have learned how to handle clients or how to deal or handle clients or researchers. Is it possible for us to do this or no one can ever do it
