Training was good and the trainers are very good explaining things. Its very nice to work in this environment. Here i dnt like only one thing is there was no bonus or any compensations for company.

Don't you know how much calls can be handled by employee ? Just because the clients requirement are rooftop you expect us to do it without any error. Are we machine or human ? If you can't save an employee and it's just gnna be hire and fire game. What a waste

There is nothing to like about the company. It is a waste of time.

The company is completely a waste of time because, they are not employee friendly. They don’t care about the employees. Poor cab facilities. HR BPs are the worst. They do not show any kind of humanity even though if you are on the death bed.

The inventive structure is good but they find loopholes when giving salary.

The work-life balance is terrible. Even if you are unwell but can simply walk somehow, you are bound to come to office. They can give work from home but they will not even for strong reasons. Even if you have leave balance, you cannot take those leaves and there are no leaves given for any holidays. It's like working 365 days a year without even gazetted holidays.

This company is bulls*it and there are no likes about it, If you want to have a growth in life make sure to improve your technical skills and move to abroad, because I think most of the companies in India will force employees to work overtime. So it completely depends on you, hustle now and enjoy later on!!

- Micromanagement - If you need certification of any tool then you need to agree with 1 year bond. - This company doesn't have a proper system - If you lic* your manager's feet, then your future will be in a good position.
