No promotions for female employees They take female employees only for government sake but will not even consider anything. Those Managers and Team lead also has family and their wifes even get pregnant but they will make the pregnant employees suffer like anything. Mainly NOC Team.

There strict wfo policy they will provide 2 days wfh based on your relation with managers , no wfh even if you have major function in you family where u need long leaves more than 2 week than no chance earlier they used to give wfh if you are going home but their new policy sucks... HR do take feedbacks but sorry they share yournames with manager if u mention anything in feedback.. 2. Next is night shift ...they don't give night shift allowances to any one in any projects other than palo alto 3. For fresher package is 4 but in hand is 24600 4. Rest is mbo and attendance bonus., which you will get like peanuts...they will take your leaves as well as attendence bonus as well... 5 kra for csat is very high, i just don't understand if you are not getting csat aa well as dsat how it is impacting their business. 6. Politics is their...TLs do scam ...they will make one of the college their gf...and help them solely without proper looking to other people. 7 . Worst company, hiring managers says they will give good package but in offer letter u get completely different and in hand it peanuts, they cheat in the name of variable pay, they never pay it but show in offer letter as 15% , u work 100% but get paid 60% as others amounts will be taxes and deductions

In my experience, the upper management shows partiality amoung employees. If your in close circle to them you will get whole year work from home option, yearly hike and promotion also. Even you extend and work and completed all aspects. You never get hike and good ratings. The upper management don't have idea of Java projects. As per your experience you suggest any opinions. They not considered but later they implement some dumb ideas and got worst results. About management they assign non-java developer and lower than your experience person as your lead for you. If you questioned they simply said its their process. That lead not even write any code just ordering you to complete the task. If you are in leave they said to connect in remote. About job security - they simply layoff and blame salary package is high so for cost cutting they release from the project. Even that dumb managers who got more salary then you and year hike. Only on Wednesdays do they provide decent food. The food supplier behaves as if they are giving away free food.
