I learned more technical knowledge the project which am working especially on client interaction and calls. Also got so many appreciation that helps to grow career in iOPEX.

Dislikes

Here, most of clients based on US and mostly on Night shift Need to get more other regions projects like UK, indian cilents. There is no extra benefits like Free food, transport and company cut some amount from our salary if we use food token and cab facility.

I like the work culture. Glad to say that the way management treat the employee is pretty well.

Dislikes

Company has to focus on few of the Employee benefits like Early joining Bonus, Base location transfer claim and Parental Health Insurance. Also, Employee (Natural Death/Accidental) Insurance coverage amount is very less and looks not fair enough. Please prioritise on this as its a primary need of the Employee's famiy once respective employee "no more".

One who dislikes something can't LIKE the same and travel with them. I am liking it for a decade and will do more in the upcoming years. So, Definitely NO major Employees Impacting factors to be considered! Few minor factors to be fixed which have been already suggested & under discussion by the Management.

I was forced to drop papers since the shifts and schedule was biased by the MOD. My tl was bit okay but still if he wanted could have worked on this issue. No intervention of the HR what so ever. I could have stayed and applied for IJP. Week off was constant for few people and the only reason was those agents were friends with the MOD and TL. More over 6th day and 10hrs shift was mandatory and not optional. Even if we work OT I was told Since u did not complete 10 hours and a lag of 1-2 minutes I wont get the pay. We could had have technical issue so that is not considered only. I dropped the papers since I was cornered because I asked the above mentioned issue to the TL. Even a small mistake in the process was portrayed as a big one. For example if the same mistake was done by some other expert it was ignored. I could only tell this now as I have dropped. People with high position always refer their close colleague to be upgraded to good position, Also here giving more importance to the favouritism and upgrading peoples likewise. In other words here politics going on.

I am working as an escalation lead from past 3 years and doing my job without any complaint or escalations, Still I was not upgraded to an team lead if you question regarding this to the superior then the answer always as expected ......
