There's not much to like as they will force you to work and won't approve leaves as it's a part of their KRA, BPO experienced managers are the worst, they don't know technical stuff at all and will start giving lectures about technical things, learn your job first.

The company is completely a waste of time because, they are not employee friendly. They don’t care about the employees. Poor cab facilities. HR BPs are the worst. They do not show any kind of humanity even though if you are on the death bed.

The inventive structure is good but they find loopholes when giving salary.

The work-life balance is terrible. Even if you are unwell but can simply walk somehow, you are bound to come to office. They can give work from home but they will not even for strong reasons. Even if you have leave balance, you cannot take those leaves and there are no leaves given for any holidays. It's like working 365 days a year without even gazetted holidays.
