Lots of micromanagement and unnecessary pressure on employees. Appraisal is a joke and there is no collaboration between teams. Work environment is terrible. Company is only bothered about numbers and no measures are taken to address employee concerns

For fresher can develop their carrier and some time we get chance to go other country for two weeks to customer place
