The work-life balance is always maintained. The Company culture is amazing. The Seniors always guides us and helps us when ever we seek for help.

They should assign our projects on the technology we had our training in and not in any other tech where we have to learn it for weeks. This will help us associate or freshers to stick with one particular tech for the time we server to the company.

Intelliswift is a vendor and mostly deployed in client location. If you satisfy the customer, intelliswift is good. They don't have an infra in Chennai and operate from Bangalore office.
