This company does not have qualified managers to manage the team.. Whenever any technical issues arise or any new project comes then operational manager of the billing team is asking to the employees how to manage? If juniors need to tell how to manage then for what manager is getting salary.. disgusting. That's the reason this company can't hold a new project more than 4 months..Very unstable company....Read More

HR of The Company As Desperatlly Behind Every New Girl and If Girl Harmed his male ego , He shows The Girl What Powers He si having and what He can do if We dont Give Him Damn..!! He Cut Your Sellary for Diffrent Reasons He Cut Your Half Day for 10 mins of Break Extendention . But if you are having Good Relationship with him He is very supportive and same with The MD He Support HR' s This Partial Activity Indirectlly and he is ok with The Menatal Torcher of HR in small Things...You Are Good At Work You Are Fast Learner You Are working Beyond your limits it dosnt metter to them... If Your Chamcha of HR then you can get cool and calm Atmosphere to work..!! And If Anyone wanna ruin their mental peace then only go for this place to work...If u can work with the personl pressure of HR. I thought lot of things but I could not find anything positive about this company.

As per the Provident fund act 1952, if any company is having more than 20 employees then deduction of PF is mandatory for employer. But this company is not following these rules of Indian government. Also As per "The Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Act 2017", Government of India implemented a 6 months PAID maternity leaves for female employees working in Private or Government sector. But this company does not mention anything about maternity leave in HR policy. So, it is clearly states that this company is not following government rules and regulations. As they are not following government norms, after you leave previous company, this company will ask you to sign a bond suddenly....Read More

Company asks to work for 1 hour extra on a daily basis which is 22 hours/ Month, 264 Hours / Year for FREE as if you are a SLAVE. As per Gujarat state's labour law you should be paid TWICE of your hourly salary for the overtime which is anything more than 8 hours in a day whereas they are literally asking to work for FREE. "No travel allowance, No PF deduction (Even after they have more than 50 employees, it's government norm to deduct a PF if your organization has more than 20 employees but no bhaisahab thinks he can surpass government rule as if law doesn't mean anything to him) ( You can get EDLI worth RS. 7 lac for your life provided by the government if your organization is simply deducts your PF contribution which company won't provide to you anytime.), No night shift allowance, No Medical or Life insurance provided, No joining bonus."
