Work pressure is at one side almost most people love this pressure but when management is corrupt you land no where "no career progress no hikes" you try hard and harder but at the end you'll be at the same place and one fine day when your role rolls to someone you'll be kicked out even before you know that you're already under pip or under observations. No cafeteria or eating arrangements, pathetic, inexperienced and uneducated management. Gujjus are the first preference, new comers will always take ages to jeal up this community, partiality, miscommunication. It is sad to know this company reaches to other states, city & international for their businesses, clients but preferences are given to only gujjus even in today's date. Management and no rules for managers, only juniors have to adhere everything and your complaints are always overlooked, no one bothers at the end you resign or they will fire you without any explanation.

Very bad management, Manager has a project management certification, but still he is not able to manage the projects, all projects going into loss and because of this they started to filter the employees, hold increment, change policies and all other things which can benefit to company but they are not thinking about employees.
