Work life balance is fine.

Dislikes

Processes are not streamlined. Salary benefits are not satisfactory. Work culture is not good. In times of crisis, senior management is not supportive towards employees.

There is no positive points which i can write here.

Dislikes

Very bad management, Manager has a project management certification, but still he is not able to manage the projects, all projects going into loss and because of this they started to filter the employees, hold increment, change policies and all other things which can benefit to company but they are not thinking about employees. HR team is not trustable, they not follow the commitment or anything which they decide with employees, they can change their rule according to their need. 1: HR Team - Very bad , not able to trust even if they write on email 2: Managers - No knowledge as compare to experience, partially, politics.
